What to do about my gauged ear problems..?

I dont know too much about gages, but I would stick with the 22 size and use alot of antibacterial ointment on them, make sure the gage is stainless steel, nickel will cause aggrivation. If there is no real cut or tear, keep putting ointment on, and keep it clean...just like when u get a new peircing. If it doesnt improve in a week, check with the doc..I dont see how antibiotics will help if the skin is not torn.
