Worried about new job and a conviction???

I applied to work on the airlines and i got the job, which starts in may 08,when it asked on the application if i have any outstanding convictions under the rehibilitation act i answered no-because i didnt think i had. We have to get a basic disclosure scotland to get our security p, but when i called them up last week they said that my disorderly conduct conviction will still be on the certificate from august 07, they said it will be on for 1 year so will not come off untill august 08. Im really worried now that they might think i lied, it is not 1 of the disqualifying offences to get a p but will the airline not want me to work for them now? pls help!x
