I need to get better friends?

i think the first guy is probably not lazy, but he's a guy, so that's the way guys are... they don't care. if you really want to stop being his friend, then stop telling him to wait for you, stop waiting for him, and stop doing stuff like going to the mall with him, maybe he doesn't want to be your friend either. And if he says what's the point? say there is no point and then go off and do it yourself, he will probably follow.
