Can i cook my meatloaf at a lower temp for a longer time?

I have a meatloaf that is to cook at 400 degrees for one hour, I will be gone for a couple of hours and would like it ready when I come home? Can I cook it at a lower temp for a longer time, and if so.. what temp???
