Should I supplement the runt of the litters feeds?

I have Great Dane pups at 5 days old. we have a wee runt who is having trouble holding her own at the teats. we make sure we latch her on when the others are sleeping. Are we doing the right thing or should we suppliment her feeding? would appreciate any help
