What do you think?

I just spent at least 20 minutes browsing this site, and still have no clear vision of what this site is all about, its goals, what its target audience is, there is WAY too much advertising throughout these pages, its look, design and layout are amatuer as presented. From a professional Web development and online marketing perspective, the site needs a complete revamp and a more focused vision.
