Should I pick up Matt Cel to cover a week 7 bye or Sam Bradford?

Peyton Manning has a bye week this week. Would Matt Cel against the Jacksonville Jags be better, or Sam Bradford against the Tampa Bay Bucs? Or I could even pick up Josh Freeman to play against the St Louis Rams D. Any help would be appreciated.
