Is this terrible - islamic extremist beheads toddler?

I would read that as a mental illness he just happened to be muslim. but i would think schitzaprhenia. some people who have this are harmless others are very dangerous . I read where a chinese man was on a grey hound bus his neighbour was next to him was sleeping minding his own business with ear phones on and this sick man was told in his head to kill this man as he had demons in him he cut off his head ate his tounge and eyes and was holding the mans head beheaded out the window. you can look this up on the net its a true story.
