Is my tragus piercing okay?

Well I don't think your cleaning it improper although you should use peroxide instead of sea salt water, thats what you use more for mouth piercings, but my snake bites would get crust around it and hurt when it got touched. Just keep cleaning it and don't touch it with dirty hands, if after a week or if it seems more irritated then you should go see a doctor. And the redness is normal.
