I have intermittent fine green lines on my TV sometimes when watching satellite TCM channel. Any ideas?

intermittent fine green lines in my picture sometimes when watching satellite TCM channel. Any ideas on fixing this problem...Didn't use to be that way...is the satellite company making this happen? Is there any way around it? I have a satellite and receiver if this helps
