I am a service member's spouse and my optometrist has recommended LASIK eye surgery for my bad eyes?

My eyes are continuously deteriorating, and there is no option but LASIK to save them. I have looked and looked, and can't find out if TRICARE will cover LASIK for me. I have gles now, and am not able to wear contacts, and the dr. has told me that without LASIK there is an extremely good chance that I will not be able to see with gles soon. She said that maybe with LASIK, I will see without gles, but after a while, I will need gles again probably. The one thing she said that has me wanting this surgery more now is that eventually gles will no longer work, but with the surgery and gles together, it will work. HELP
