How do I write A letter to a Celebrity?

I wanted to write a letter to a world leader , and see if i get a responce. In my state a Maine girl wrote a letter to the Soviet Union in the 80's and was made a celebrity. I wanna write a letter to a country like Egypt , Germany, Turkey or some other countrys leader. I think it would eb awesome if i got a responce from the president of the nation. My Grandfather wrote a letter and sent gifts to Sherron of Israel and got a hand written letter from him a long time ago. i wanan do the same. Got any suggestions where i may find some addresses or how i could do this.
