Does this story speak of how small things inspire relationships? Every one has their own language....?

I understand, did you know a person is disappointed when they go to a doctor and get no prescription. I'm the same way a old grump, obnoxious, rude, impolite and usually will past gas around people, but some how people like me, that old grump me.
