Do circised boys tend to have smaller es than uncircised boys or vice versa?

I have heard that boys who are circised when they are infants tend to have smaller es later on than boys who are uncircised because the circision may have resulted in inhibited the growth and development of the . However, I've also heard that circised boys generally have larger es than uncircised boys. Is there any thruth in either of those statements? Any moms have both boys who are circised and uncircised? Do you notice a difference?
